[日記] マナー研修２日目
慣れないスーツとヒールで朝からだるい(^^;
今日はまたシュミレーションで仕事の流れを把握する練習。
これがまたすごい！患者様役になった方は、色々な場合を想定して、
お年寄りになったり、方言使って何しゃべってるか
わからない患者になったり・・・
ここは劇団か！？って感じ・・・(゜＿゜i)タラー・・・
なんとかマニュアルを元にアドリブをかわしながら対応(￣Д￣;;
普段、敬語とか使わないから大変だ〜ぁ(>_< )
まぁ、なんとか研修を終え、講師の方とみんな涙でお別れ・・・
久々、いい人に会ったな〜ぁと感じた、ゆんです。
しっかし・・・研修やればやるほど、自信をなくす＿|￣|○ガクッ
しかも、いきなり「６月３日からはシフト制で研修と開院の準備です。」って
エェッ!?(* □ )~~~~~~~~ ゜ ゜って感じ。
６月３日って来週じゃん・・・Σ(;￣□￣Ａ アセアセ
