ワインの香りが・・・クンクン(￣∞￣)
只今、ビーフシチューを作ってる最中！
しかもルゥを使わずに(*´σー｀)
デミグラスソース缶を使って。
手抜き第一のゆん(^^;)なので、いつもはルゥを使用。
しかも、すぐ出来上がるようにお肉は細切れ肉とか使うのですが
今日はブロック肉を購入して、ワインとビーフブイヨンなどで
ゆっくりコトコト♪
でも、じっくりコトコトはガス代が気になるので
１０年位愛用してるシャトルシェフに明日までたくすことに・・・
お肉よ柔らかくなれ〜オネガイッ…(*゜。゜)m。★.::・'゜☆
でも、このシャトルシェフ・・・
この前、外側の蓋の留め金が壊れたんですよね。
なので、重りを乗せないとパカッと蓋が開いてしまい
保温力ゼロに・・・(;^_^A
今日は重りを乗せて蓋を閉めてます。
便利な道具なので、手放せないんですよねA=´、｀=)ゞ
