[日記] やってみたい事
もうすぐ妊娠７ヶ月に突入するゆん。
それなりにお腹も出てきて、妊婦らしくなってきたような…
でも、まだまだドーンと突き出してはいないので、
コートを着てしまうと妊婦と気づかれてない気がする(・_・;)
未だ席を譲られた経験などない。
ですが、職場の制服を着ると”ん〜でかくなったなぁ…”と毎朝、実感(^□^;)
だって、スカートとベストは少し大きいサイズにしてくれたけど、
シャツとジャケットは未だ妊娠前のままなんですもの！
シャツはボタンを止めても、胸元がパカッと開くし(ベストで見えないけど)、
スカートも少し大きくなっただけなので、ホックは止まらず、
ファスナーも途中までしか上がらない(ーー;)
マタニティ用の制服はないらしく、サイズの大きい物を
催促しても未だもらえず…
妊娠に気づいてすぐから制服はそのうち着れなくなると言っても、
「制服じゃないとダメだし…ホックあけてればいいんじゃない！？」と人事。
それが今になって、「お客様の目のつかないポジションなら、
マタニティ用の黒とか紺のフリルとかもついてないスカートを
用意してもらって着てもいい」とか言ってきた。
は〜ぁっ！？あと数回しか勤務しない、今頃買えと言うんですか？？
今まで我慢してた苦労は？？って感じ∑(＠□＠;)
しかも、これまた派遣会社のチーフは「ここで着る機会は少なくても、
２人目とかでまた着るだろうから…」と人事。
何かと物いりなのに…
そのうえ、色々なポジションをローテーションで勤務するのだが、
妊娠を期に限定されてたの。
まぁ、自分的にも迷惑かけるよりは…とその時は納得していたのだが…
お腹が目立ってきたせいか更に限定してお客様の目のつくところには
入らないように…と言わんばかりに、
思いっきり個室で１人でやる仕事ばかりにするとか言ってきたので、
それには数日前に反論していて検討するとの事だった。
で、結果「全てのポジションにつくのが働く事の前提…と、
○○さん(派遣先の上司)から言われたので…」と
自分達のやろうとしていた事とま逆の事を言ってきた。
「あっ、ここは辛いと思うんです…」と言うと、
「どんなことが？」と聞いてきたので説明すると
「そう…でも、やってもらわないとねぇ」との返事。
「じゃ〜もう一度検討してみるね」とかじゃないんかい！
何の為に説明したかわからんじゃないか(｀□´)
と、まぁこんな感じで理解のない派遣会社＆派遣先の上司たち。
フォローはするから…と言うが、実際フォローしてくれるのは
同僚たちだけ(-_-;)
最近、こんな上司たちに妊婦の擬似体験の出来るベストを着用させて、
きっつい制服着せて、１日の仕事やらせたりしたい…と思うゆんです(ーー゛)
