[日記] 生活改善
昨日、友達が来ていたので久々に友達にお手伝いしてもらって早めに和奏を入浴させたら
なんだか和奏が落ち着いてる感じ・・・
いつもなら夕方から8～9時までグズグズしたり(5時間くらいだきっぱなしってこともある)、
夜中12時頃になっても起きてる事もあったのに。
昨日はお風呂の後にはぐっすり寝て、8時頃に授乳した後は本格的に夜中2時までぐっすりだし。
今朝は朝6時半頃にはご機嫌で起き、
午前中はちょっとぐずったものの11時頃から”生きてるかい?”と心配するほどにぐっすり3時頃まで寝てるし。
”これって昨日お風呂に早く入れたから!?”って事で、
今日はゆん1人でお風呂に入れてみた。
1人2役はなかなか大変(;´▽｀A``
脱衣所じゃちょっと狭いので、廊下にお昼寝マットを敷いて、
半分には和奏を寝かせ、半分にはベビー用のバスローブとオムツを用意。
事前にゆんはクレンジングと髪を洗面台で洗っておき、
浴室で体を洗い、和奏を浴室に迎え入れる。
和奏を入浴させて一緒に出て、和奏はオムツとバスローブを着せてクールダウン。
その間に私が体を拭いて、洋服を着る・・・とイメージしてチャレンジ!!
が、しかし・・・そううまくいくはずもなく(^^;)
準備しようとしたら和奏がぐずりだし、抱っこしながら準備することに。
その後、大人しくなってくれたので入浴開始!
と思ったら、ゆんが体を洗ってる間に和奏は大泣き・゜゜・(×_×)・゜゜・。 ビエーン
サッと体を洗って、和奏を迎えいれようとしたら、お昼寝マットが濡れるし、お風呂用のガーゼのハンカチ忘れるし・・・
でも、まぁ後はなんとかわりとすんなり出来た。
ちょっと大変だけど、和奏は8～9時には就寝したいみたいだから、そのリズムに合わせてあげないとね!
慣れるまで大変だぁε-(;ーωーA フゥ…
そうそう・・・今日はみかん果汁をあげてみたら、好みじゃないみたい。
ず～っと微妙な顔しながら飲んでは哺乳瓶を吐き出す。
10cc飲んだら嫌がったので、水分補給に母乳を与えることに。
飲み残しを飲んでみたら、甘味はあるものの、
結構、酸味もあったのでこれが気に入らなかったのかも・・・

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the structure of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
