[日記] ゆんダウン(;´ρ`)
今日は風邪ひいてダウンしてしまいました。
昨日の夜中からなんだか喉と頭が痛く、体が異様に┌┤´д`├┐ダル～イって感じだったの。
おまけに昨夜は夜中の2時半頃に和奏に授乳をして、
寝かせようとしたんだけど寝ない・・・
静かに起きている分にはいいのですが、大きな声でご機嫌におしゃべりをしていて
ゆんもnkさんも眠れないヽd´ι｀bノ No・・・
しばらくはnkさんも耐えていたのですが、あまりにも寝ないので
仕事に差し支えるとリビングに非難。。。
体調悪いのでゆんも早く寝たいのに、和奏のおしゃべりタイムは延々2時間ほど続いたっす(ーー;)
寝不足も重なり、朝起きて熱を測っ37.5℃。
元々体温が低めな為、ツライ(ノ◇≦。)
授乳してるからなぁ…と病院に行くのをためらったけど、
ひどくなる前にと思い、受診することに。
もし、薬を服用してる間は授乳ができないとかなるといけないので
練習に朝の授乳を粉ミルクにしたんだけど
オッパイ星人、和奏。
そう簡単に飲むわけなく・・・号泣。
絶叫し、涙をボロボロながしながら嫌がったけど、
1時間ほど格闘した末、なんとかnkさんが飲ませてくれた(*´ο`*)=3
ゆんがいてはミルクの匂いがしてしまうので、
寝室で寝ていたのですが、和奏さんの号泣する声を聞き
授乳できないのがこんなにもつらいなんて・・・と思いながら耐えてました。
が、こちらで通っていた産婦人科を受診したら授乳しても可能な薬ばかり処方された(￣▽￣;)!!ガーン
先生や助産師さんに話を聞いたら、生まれて半年は免疫があるけど、
ママが風邪ひいたらうつるだろう・・・とのこと。
でも、ママが薬を飲んで、薬のまざった母乳を飲めば赤ちゃんも治ったり、予防したりできるらしい。
基本的に血圧の薬とホルモンの薬以外はママが服用しても、
赤ちゃんには影響がないんだとか・・・
朝の苦労は何だったのやら・・・┐('～`;)┌
今日はnkさんが会社を休んで授乳以外はめんどうみてくれてます。
ゆんもお薬が効いて、ほとんど回復v(。・ω・。)ィェィ♪
